Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that enhance product functionality and performance. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall success of the project by ensuring that all aspects of the software development process are executed efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall team performance. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. -Lead or supported Teamcenter upgrade projects (e.g., TC2312/2412), including installation, configuration, and deployment via Deployment Center -Integrated Teamcenter with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, CAD) and other enterprise tools for end-to-end product lifecycle management -Develop and maintain Preferences, Stylesheets, and AWC (Active Workspace Client) customizations - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with software configuration management tools. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues effectively. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
