Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, ensuring that the final product aligns with the intended specifications and user needs. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of projects by delivering high-quality software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Energy Data Management Device Management. - Experience with application development methodologies and best practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools relevant to SAP applications. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Energy Data Management Device Management. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
