Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with various teams, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support projects and clients effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring that the software solutions meet the required standards and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications to guide development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with back-end frameworks and technologies, including Spring and Hibernate. - Familiarity with database management systems, particularly SQL and NoSQL databases. - Ability to work with version control systems, such as Git, to manage code effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
