, Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for developing new features and functionalities, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, and ensuring high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing and validation processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with application lifecycle management tools and processes. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with coding standards and version control systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
