Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and performance, while mentoring team members to foster their professional growth and development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
