Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. The engineer acts as the central liaison, facilitating communication and driving progress to deliver high-quality software tailored to organizational needs. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous engagement with the evolving project landscape to maintain alignment with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience in managing end-to-end software development lifecycle within complex environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with integration of software components and third-party services.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- This position is based at JPDC3A - NON-STPI.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
