Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to project requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for coordinating efforts across various teams, ensuring alignment and progress toward project goals. The position requires managing complex workflows, addressing challenges as they arise, and maintaining clear communication channels to facilitate smooth project execution and delivery.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes and team efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Project Management (PM).
- Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation within Workday environments.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate complex project activities effectively.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Workday Project Management (PM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
