Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires managing project tasks independently while coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with team members to align project goals and timelines effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Document technical specifications and application configurations to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), Linux, Java Full Stack Development, SQL Procedures.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Vue.Js.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
