- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS), SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in customizing and enhancing SAP modules to meet specific operational requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and modern programming frameworks.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance in production environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
