- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and assisting in their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and agile project management practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across technical and non-technical backgrounds.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for requirements gathering, documentation, and validation.
- Capability to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies during the analysis phase.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
