Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. Throughout the day, the engineer engages in coding, testing, and refining software modules while ensuring that the solutions are scalable and maintain high performance. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to ensure timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and front-end technologies related to SAP UI5.
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles and responsive web design.
- Ability to integrate SAP UI5 applications with backend services and APIs.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and version control systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
