As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions remain robust and adaptable to evolving needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with .NET Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable software components.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
- This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
