White Turtle Studios, A Trailer Park Group Company, is looking for a Creative Director to join our Integrated Creative Strategy team in Mumbai.  

POSITION SUMMARY 

We're looking for a powerhouse Creative Director to join our Integrated Creative Strategy team in Mumbai. If you live and breathe films, understand the social landscape like the back of your phone, and have a mind wired for big ideas and impactful campaign strategies. 

At the crossroads of entertainment, advertising, and culture, we craft iconic campaigns for the biggest unreleased titles from Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Jio Studios, Disney+ Hotstar, Excel Entertainment, Dharma Productions, and a lot more. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Lead campaign ideation and creative strategy for film and series titles 

• Guide and inspire cross-functional creative teams 

• Craft pitches and presentations that win hearts (and clients) 

• Collaborate with some of the most exciting storytellers across India and APAC 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED 

• Have 8+ years of experience leading creative teams in film, streaming, or content 

• Think in ideas, write like a dream, and can turn a one-liner into a killer campaign 

• Have a sharp eye for both static and motion visual design 

• Are a confident presenter, team builder, and collaborator across creative departments 

• Stay plugged into creator communities, pop culture, and storytelling trends 

• Obsess over movies, music, art, and everything in between 

• Are familiar with AI tools to enhance your thinking and ideas
