What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: 

Project & Process Management: 

  • Intake Coordination with Team Leaders: Manage project intake requests and collaborate with team leaders to ensure requirements are clearly defined and prioritized. 
  • Project Timeline and Milestone Management: Develop, track, and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on time. 
  • Monitoring Workload and Aligning Resources: Assess team capacity, balance workloads, and allocate resources effectively to support project success. 
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. 
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all project deliverables, communications, and processes. 

Stakeholder Relationship Management: 

  • Expectation Management: Establish clear expectations and maintain alignment with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Ability to Challenge Stakeholders Constructively: Provide thoughtful recommendations and challenge assumptions when necessary to achieve the best business outcomes. 
  • Clear and Effective Communication: Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions clearly and professionally to stakeholders and design team at all levels. 

Reporting Activities: 

  • Project Reporting: Create and share monthly project reports with management and the team to provide clear visibility into project progress, resource utilization, key milestones, risks, and overall performance. 
  • Resource Availability Reports: Track and report resource utilization, availability, and capacity to support planning and decision-making. 
  • Project Planning: Support project planning activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment. 
  • Project and Resource Analysis: Analyze project performance, resource utilization, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

You have: 

  • Academic background of University Graduate or Post Graduate Diploma in the areas of Project Management or related field 

  • Previous experience of 4-6 years in an advertising agency or publication environment, with proven experience working with large, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams, effectively coordinating and communicating to successfully deliver project objectives. 

  • Tools and Software:  

  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools to effectively plan, track, and manage project activities and deliverables. 

  • MS Office Expertise: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel formulas and data analysis. 

  • Technical Knowledge in Design: Knowledge of graphic design, web design, and multimedia design principles will be considered an added advantage. 

  • Experience with online-based project management systems, such as Monday.com, for project tracking, dashboard management, resource planning, and team collaboration is preferred.
