Lead AMINU’s visual identity and creative direction across social media, website, and campaigns. Develop concepts from moodboard to final output, ensure premium and consistent storytelling, collaborate with marketing, content teams, and the co-founder, and mentor designers and copywriters. The role requires strong expertise in visual composition, product imagery, lighting, textures, copy, and premium skincare aesthetics, with the ability to balance creative quality and execution speed.

What you’ll do:
* Taking forward the Founder's visual identity of the brand across all touchpoints.
* Lead campaign concepts from idea to final output
* Ensure consistent, elevated storytelling across social, website, and campaigns
* Work closely with marketing and content teams, and directly with the co-founder, to create high-impact content
* Guide and mentor designers and copywriters to raise the overall creative standard
What you bring:
* 4+ years in Art Direction / Senior Design (beauty, skincare, or premium brands preferred)
* Strong understanding of copy, visuals, target audience, product imagery, textures, lighting, and composition
* Ability to take an idea from moodboard to final, polished output
* A sharp eye for clean, premium aesthetics
* Obsession with details, textures, and visual storytelling
* Ability to balance creative ambition with execution speed
