Bring your energy to Aggreko as Country Sales Manager - India. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for driving rapid business growth for Aggreko in the region, delivering against revenue and profitability targets. You'll formulate and execute sector growth plans, manage key customer relationships, manage and develop a team of sales managers and specialists, drive team performance, manage opportunity pipeline, forecasting accuracy, while driving strong collaboration across functions.

What you’ll do:
Pan India Sales Leadership: Provide comprehensive leadership for sales teams across India, encompassing the effective management and development of individuals, structured performance coaching through regular field visits and one-on-one discussions, and leveraging global expertise to adopt learnings from other regions.
Drive Revenue and EBITDA Growth: Take primary responsibility for achieving revenue and EBITDA growth targets by providing effective leadership and management to sector sales teams, optimizing sales activities, conversion rates, and pricing governance.
Implement Robust Pipeline Management: Oversee and enhance pipeline management processes to ensure high forecast accuracy and a consistent, healthy flow of opportunities. This includes monitoring key performance metrics, driving CRM excellence, and ensuring process adherence for data-driven decision-making.
Formulate and Execute Regional Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive regional growth strategy, bringing a strong customer focus and an outside-in perspective based on market opportunities. This also involves driving marketing and promotional activities like industry events and digital campaigns to enhance brand presence.
Build and Maintain Key Relationships: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers within the assigned territory or sector, providing hands-on leadership in key accounts and complex opportunities.
Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively promote and facilitate effective collaboration across various internal functions, including marketing, operations, and application engineering, to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and effective solutions to customers.
You are:
Extensive B2B Industrial Sales Experience: Minimum 15+ years of overall experience in B2B Industrial sales, coupled with a successful track record in sales management and consistent target achievement.
Executive Presence & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated executive presence, clear communication, and strong stakeholder management skills, including experience in managing CXOs/Executive relationships.
Leadership & Team Development: Strong people skills, proven experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams, and coaching capabilities to cultivate top talent.
Strategic Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, ability to build compelling business cases, and experience in working effectively with marketing/BD teams to implement campaigns and drive lead generation.
Mandatory Engineering Education: A bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics/ Chemical) is a prerequisite for this role.
