The Country Manager for India will be responsible for overall business growth, revenue performance, and market presence of the company in one of its most strategic and high-growth markets. The role owns country-level sales strategy and execution, spanning both Service Provider (MSP / Cloud / SaaS) and Corporate / Enterprise segments, while working closely with regional and global stakeholders. This role acts as the face of the company in India, representing the brand with customers, partners, industry forums, regulators (where relevant), and ecosystem players. The incumbent will lead cross-functional execution, scale the partner ecosystem, drive predictable revenue growth, and build a strong leadership bench for the future.
What You'll Do
- Revenue Ownership & Sales Strategy: Own country-level revenue targets, growth plans, and forecast accuracy across:
- Service Provider / Cloud / MSP business
- Corporate / Enterprise / Mid-Market business
- Define and execute the India go-to-market strategy, aligned with APAC and global priorities
- Channel & Ecosystem Growth: Build and scale a high-performing partner ecosystem, including MSPs, resellers, distributors, SI partners, and strategic alliances
- Drive partner-led growth, including cloud adoption, marketplace strategies, and co-selling motions.
- Maintain strong executive relationships with top-tier partners and distributors
- Market Presence & Brand Representation: Act as the primary spokesperson and executive representative in India
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, CISOs, MSP owners, cloud providers, and ecosystem influencers
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with other teams including Marketing, Service provider recruitment and onboarding, partner success to drive the overall Sales strategy in the region
What You Bring
- 15–20+ years of overall experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or infrastructure-led businesses
- 8–10+ years in senior leadership roles, owning large revenue targets and leading multi-segment sales teams.
- Proven experience in Scaling businesses in high-growth markets like India & Partner-led and ecosystem-driven sales models
- Proficiency with CRM and sales management tools (e.g., Salesforce) used for sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Ability to leverage data analytics tools to monitor and predict ARR trends
- In-depth understanding of the cyber security industry’s recurring revenue models and how to optimize ARR within that context.
- Good understanding of strategic partners' requirements and share them with Growth Manager
- Possess leadership skills in grooming and growing/developing talent
- Demonstrated track record in sales, business development and desire to perform in this competitive industry
- Solid functional, analytical and strategic thinking with project management skills
