To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in finance for supply, operations function, and cost accounting, Variance Analysis

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Finance

  • Strong technical knowledge of cost accounting, cost/distribution analysis, and SAP

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, strong analytical skills, and English proficiency (Intermediate–Advanced)

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Strong collaboration, communication, and ability to influence without authority

  •  Experience working across global, cross‑functional, and culturally diverse teams

  • Demonstrated change‑management mindset with strong ownership and accountability

  • Strong stakeholder management, project management, and execution skills
