Main Responsibilities

The position is responsible to perform the following activities:

Trip Planning & Ticketing

  • Prepares travel itineraries according to traveller requests and corporate travel policies

  • Creates, changes, refunds, issues PNRs in GDS

  • Manages non-GDS air, hotel, car and other ancillary content when needed

  • Complies to strict data privacy, protection and confidentiality policies

Customer Service

  • Responds to customer calls and emails within service level agreements

  • Frontline management of customers

  • Keeps up to date with immigration and supplier policies and acts as trusted advisor to travellers and travel bookers

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proficiency in using travel management technologies, GDS Amadeus preferred

  • Experienced in handling multi-national travellers requiring visas and complex itineraries

  • At least 5 years experience handling corporate travel bookings

  • Good proficiency in English, both oral and written.
