The RM&C F&BM Risk CFO organization is at the forefront of blending finance with technology to deliver strategic insights and automation across the firm. The team partners with business and finance stakeholders to drive financial and strategic analysis, budgeting and forecasting, macroeconomic scenario design, and AI-driven strategies. The group is also responsible for advancing automation, process simplification, and analytics enhancement, leveraging cutting-edge fintech tools.

Responsibilities
As an Associate, you will be an integral member of the team, contributing to a variety of projects and workstreams, including:
- Designing, developing, and refining dashboards and automated processes to drive efficiency and insight.
- Building and maintaining advanced workflows and dashboards using Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Python, and Databricks.
- Supporting annual and monthly financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Producing and automating weekly and monthly headcount and financial reports.
- Creating and deploying predictive analytics models and AI-driven solutions to support business decision-making.
- Delivering ad-hoc analytics and presentations for senior management.
- Collaborating with finance and business partners to identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with SQL, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, and Databricks (must-have).
- Strong interest in finance and willingness to learn financial concepts and frameworks.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and quickly learn new concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written) with stakeholders at all levels.
- Organized with keen attention to detail.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Knowledge of Atoti and/or Anaplan XL is an added advantage.
