Job Description

Purpose

Support the CCSDE Lead in delivering reliable, effective Compliance workflows through Compliance systems. The CCSDE Lead sets design and engineering direction; this role translates that direction into tested workflow changes, dependable access administration and responsive support for Compliance officers.

The role takes ownership of day-to-day execution within agreed designs and controls, identifies recurring problems and helps improve how Compliance teams use Compliance systems.

Scope

  • Deliver Compliance systems workflow and automation changes. Configure workflows, fields, forms, routing and business rules under the CCSDE Lead's design direction. Clarify requirements, identify dependencies, execute business acceptance testing and document results before release. Maintain the workflow and automation register, including business purpose, owner, dependencies, last test date and fallback process. Identify unused or duplicate workflows for retirement.
  • Execute Compliance access management. Run joiner, mover, leaver and periodic access recertification processes across relevant Core Compliance systems. Maintain approval and completion records. Coordinate privileged access requests with UT and Privacy under agreed controls, escalating exceptions to the appropriate owner.
  • Maintain documentation and the knowledge base. Keep runbooks, wikis, troubleshooting guidance and process documentation current. Review content for staleness and ensure documentation is updated alongside material releases.
  • Support Compliance officers using Compliance systems. Act as the first point of contact for user and process questions, including form selection, known workarounds, access queries and initial investigation of workflow or business-rule issues. Capture reproducible evidence and escalate technical defects or platform issues to UT. Track resolution times, recurring themes and adoption issues.
  • Deliver training and change communication. Prepare user guidance, onboard Compliance officers and communicate workflow changes to affected regional teams. Support training and adoption for AI agents used by Compliance, following approved guidance.
  • Contribute to maintaining the regional feedback network. Coordinate regional champions or equivalent contacts, gather feedback and identify work happening outside established systems. Translate findings into clear improvement proposals for the CCSDE Lead.
  • Contribute operational and access data. Provide accurate information to the Data, Metrics & MI Forum when relevant, including support trends, access activity and workflow adoption.

The role owns execution within agreed designs, priorities and access controls. Design decisions, material exceptions and changes to control requirements are escalated to the CCSDE Lead or the relevant control owner.
