Job Summary
The HRIS Coordinator supports the efficient operation and maintenance of RXO's Human Resources Information Systems, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and user support.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of HRIS systems, including data entry, updates, and system configuration.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS users, resolving issues and escalating as needed.
- Generate and distribute standard and ad-hoc HR reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support HRIS projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations.
- Assist with data audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Document HRIS processes, procedures, and user guides.
- Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure seamless HRIS integration and utilization.
- Participate in training and development activities to stay current with HRIS trends and best practices.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, UKG).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer service-oriented approach.
- Experience with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) preferred.
