The Content Strategist supports the talent acquisition strategy, designs candidate attraction campaigns, and enhances employer branding and candidate experience.
The purpose of this role is to provide support with implementing the talent acquisition strategy and hire the very best talent into the organisation. Working with stakeholders, colleagues and third party suppliers, and in line with the recruitment plan, this role has a strong focus on quality and timely service delivery. Designs and runs candidate attraction campaigns, including promoting internal mobility, to deliver immediate needs and pipeline talent for the future and will be an ambassador of the employer brand and candidate experience.

Key responsibilities:
Supports the ideation, creation and execution of compelling, relevant messages, content and educational information to instil Dentsu values and narrative
Works with leaders across the network to add requested volume and clarity to collateral for campaigns, speaking engagements, award submissions and industry events
Partners with management to create a unique brand identity that engages social communities and brings our network to life in a compelling way
Partners with team to develop processes and relationships that maximise our opportunity to deliver great work to our executive team and our entire network
