GoDaddy is seeking a driven, dedicated, and experienced Content Post Producer to build engaging content as part of our Brand Production Services team. You will be responsible for producing original video content including standard video productions, live events, and shoots such as interviews, customer testimonials, on stage, and location. A successful candidate will be an effective communicator who can prioritize multiple projects from start to finish, under tight and changing deadlines. They can work independently with little supervision and/or collaborate with a team of producers and creatives to improve the quality of each project. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of production work that demonstrates storytelling across various formats and styles (short-form, long-form, coordinated media, social, broadcast, etc.)
What you'll get to do...
- Complete all aspects of digital video production, including offering mentorship on scripting/timing, shooting/desktop recording, editing, crafting graphics and other effects, incorporating sound, music, and photographs
- Take the lead on or support all stages of production for a range of video content types: product demonstrations, customer and partner testimonials, event highlight reels, corporate branding/overview videos, video blog entries, and more
- Collaborate closely with internal clients and partners to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content. Work with engineers and other technical subject-matter staff in evaluating and planning various productions
- Suggest technology or content ideas to help staff achieve desired outcomes from video projects
- Maintain creative project request processes and clearly communicate production processes to the organization. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively prioritizing with your team leader and collaborators as determined by competitive issues
- Stay current on trends in building graphics, websites, social, and video
- Work with outside vendors, as needed, on producing digital assets
Your experience should include...
- 5+ years of experience in production and post-production working in an art department, creative services, or marketing team.
- Proven knowledge of video production equipment, video artistic styles, techniques, methodologies, and effects
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite video products (Premiere Pro, After Effects & Audition); solid understanding of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Demonstrated ability to analyze audience engagement metrics and adapt video content strategies to improve reach and impact across digital platforms
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and external partners to deliver complex multimedia projects on schedule and within budget
