Manage the content delivery pipeline from production to final delivery, coordinating between internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance and quality control.
We are looking for a strong, process-driven Content Operations Manager who will own the end-to-end content delivery pipeline, from Production Houses to internal stakeholders, ensuring that every show moves smoothly from script to final delivery.
This role is the central bridge between Production Houses, Commercial, Legal, Standards & Practices, Dubbing, Subtitling, QC, and Content Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full content lifecycle, from greenlight to final delivery, for a high-volume of shows
- Manage the master Content Delivery Tracker, ensuring updated statuses and proactive follow-ups
- Build and optimize workflows for greenlighting, production, QC, dubbing, packaging and final ingestion
- Own the delivery calendar and ensure strict adherence to timelines
- Act as a key bridge between Production Houses and internal teams.
- Coordinate sign-offs with:
- Legal (contracts, rights, clearances)
- Standards & Practices (S&P) (compliance, sensitivities)
- Content Operations (ingestion packaging, metadata)
- Dubbing & Localization teams
- Ensure smooth communication and remove blockers at each stage
- Dubbing & Localization Management
- Manage dubbing workflows across multiple languages.
- Track timelines for VO, mixing, mastering and localized file deliveries.
- Maintain quality and consistency across languages.
- Ensure all shows meet internal Quality Control standards and platform guidelines.
- Maintain documentation, versioning and archival of delivered assets.
- Ensure legal & compliance requirements are fulfilled before release.
- Track milestone completions for Production Houses.
- Ensure timely payment processing by coordinating with Finance.
- Maintain transparency on budgets, delivery-linked payouts and additional production expenses.

Experience
- 5–8 years experience in content operations, production management or OTT delivery roles.
- Has a strong understanding of production workflows, short format content, dubbing and localization.
- Has experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Has proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, project tracking tools, and documentation.
- Is able to manage high-volume, fast-turnaround content pipelines.
