Container Sales Customer Experience
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service, handle inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently. Basic Excel skills are required, and knowledge of SAP and accounting is a plus.

This is a Fixed Term Contract Role.
Contract Period- 11 months
Contract can be extended or converted to full-time solely based on performance and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional support and resolve customer inquiries.
- Maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Assist with customer implementations and communicate effectively.
2. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Use Excel for data management and reporting.
- Prepare and present reports to leadership.
3. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices.
- Participate in team engagement activities.
4. Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage after-sales processes and coordinate with depots and terminals.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Knowledge of SAP and accounting is a plus.
- Flexible to work in morning and afternoon shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Customer-centric and continuous improvement mindset.
