What You’ll do
The candidate would be responsible for new project and would lead, guide and direct the customer and affiliate stake holders in an efficient, effective manner to achieve the objectives as set for the project, within the agreed timelines and associated costs.
The candidate would be interacting across a range of subject matters – where applicable - including sourcing and category management, expense management, customer engagement and communication, and spend management to name but a few.
The person would be playing a critical role in problem solving, identification of challenges and transforming hypotheses and conclusions into recommendations and suggestions of solutions. You’ll exude confidence being in front of customers regardless of their seniority and will be able to present and communicate well in all scenarios.
What We're looking for
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 8 plus years of consulting experience.
Client facing experience, preferably from a consulting related background. Preferably good knowledge of airline industry and commercials
Ability to act as a trusted advisor, capable of identifying expansion opportunity during customer interaction.
Collaborative, energetic, flexible and can-do attitude. You'll be able to rally people together from within the client organisation through to internal resources to get things done.
Critical thinker who thrives on working in an innovative environment that champions knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
Analytically minded, understands data with ease and is comfortable in its transformation into insights and conclusions.
Can multi-task with ease and handle challenging priorities.
Diverse in thinking and approach, will adapt well in a truly global team and can overcome cultural challenges or barriers at ease.
Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations.
Ability to solve problems with quantitative thinking and in-depth analysis.
