We are seeking a seasoned SAP PP/DS Consultant to join our dynamic team and take on the role of Consultant - Delivery Management within the SAP Planning - Delivery department. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding and executing SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling solutions, ensuring seamless implementation and configuration. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing planning and scheduling processes within the SAP ecosystem, working in close collaboration with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and technical experts.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage SAP PP/DS implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling modules to meet specific business needs.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements within the SAP environment.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout the implementation process.
- Document and maintain comprehensive project records, including change requests and issue tracking.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our SAP solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored SAP solutions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for SAP PP/DS implementations.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP PP/DS consulting, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling modules, including best practices and configuration options.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and resolving complex issues.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge transfer.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Familiarity with industry-specific processes and challenges, particularly in the supply chain domain.
- Certifications in SAP PP/DS or related SAP modules are highly desirable.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
