Required Competencies
We’re looking for a seasoned consulting professional with strong experience in preparing IPO Information Memoranda Reports (IMR), and a deep understanding of collaborating with bankers, PE firms, and clients.
A solid grasp of the Indian market landscape and sharp research skills and proficiency in utilizing relevant financial and business databases for report preparation are essential.
