Job Description:
This position is within Enterprise Systems supporting the Conga CPQ application within Salesforce platform.
This role will be part of a team that will support Quote to Cash system driving more than a billion dollars of revenue.
Knowledge of the Quoting and Billing business process and technology is a critical success factor.
A primary focus is business motivations, business operations, business analysis, and test planning that link these aspects of the enterprise together while aligning strategic goals and objectives with decisions regarding process, organization, capabilities, and key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance features in Conga CPQ on the Salesforce platform.
• Maintain and update product configuration and pricing data within Conga.
• Support quoting, billing, and invoicing capabilities.
• Work on bug fixes, deployments, test class coverage, and end-to-end system enhancements.
• Collaborate with global teams (US & India), as well as middleware, PeopleSoft, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and requirement discussions.
Must-Have Skills:
• Minimum 7+ years of Salesforce.com experience with hands on proven experience on Apex, Lightning Framework (Aura and LWC), Data Migration using Data Loader, Declarative Platform tools (Flows, Lightning Builder etc.
• Minimum 2 projects / 3+ years of experience in Conga (Apttus) CPQ and Conga suite of Products
• Working experience in Conga Composer
• Extensive technical knowledge of Conga CPQ product configuration management: products, bundles, inclusion rules, recommendation rules, constraint rules
• Extensive technical knowledge of Conga CPQ Pricing management: Price dimensions, Price Matrices, price rulesets, pricing callback class, validation callback class
• Hands-on experience with Conga (Apttus) Intelligent Workflow Approval process
• Hands-on Experience of Salesforce Integrations using SOAP / REST with TIBCO and/or other Middleware
• Experience using Source control systems able to deploy using DevOps tools like Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins and COPADO
• Able to Independently work with internal business to gather and analyze business requirements from technical standpoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working in an Agile environment.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications:
• Conga CPQ Product Administration Level 1
• Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator is a PLUS
