Compliance and Training Framework Specialist

ISS STOXX is growing! ISS STOXX is actively seeking a Compliance and Training Framework Specialist to join the Mumbai team (Goregaon East).

Overview:

The ISS STOXX Compliance department is looking to add a Compliance and Training Framework Specialist in building out its compliance training capabilities. This individual will primarily have day-to-day responsibility for a comprehensive program covering a broad range of compliance policies. These policies relate to all regulations affecting ISS STOXX. This work will be performed in close cooperation with subject matter experts in the wider team.  The role is located within our Corporate Governance & Corporate Compliance team.     

Responsibilities:

• Create and update a comprehensive compliance training program

• Define an overarching communication plan to help ensure adequate level of communication and information to employees regarding compliance culture, risks, and measures

• Organize, track, and perform trainings on compliance topics together with subject matter experts

• Delivering reports to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred.

• 3-6 years' experience in a similar role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Independent initiative and critical thinking skills.

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
