About this opportunity
The Company Treasurer is predominantly responsible for the legal entity Treasury dimension. Measuring and analyzing Financial Risks exposures and Finance Net. In addition, provide Treasury Advisory with a view to business needs to optimize finance net as well as proactively work with business stakeholders to offer solutions to customers.
The Company Treasurer will be responsible for Treasury Accounting and Policies as well as internal/ external regulatory compliance. Will be the Treasury trusted advisor to the business providing support in various areas like finance net, macro and micro economic analysis, FX and Liquidity risks, market, regulations, etc.
What you will do
The Company Treasurer will:- Manage the company's Financial Risks and Finance Net- Measure and Analyze FX, Liquidity and Refinancing risk exposures and ensure risk mitigation- Secure availability of funding solutions and facilities propose dividends and optimize capital structure (debt vs equity) for Legal entities and Branch offices- Manage Trapped Cash exposure- M&A support- Secure that Ericsson has support in each market from banks and manage relationships with local bank partners- Secure compliance with GFFI Treasury policies, directives and processes- Support Ericsson business to minimize financial risks and deliver a more attractive business offer to our customers- Represent Ericsson entities in accordance with the authorization instruction and approval provided by the Head of the RTC.
You will bring- Academic degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent- Experience from a Treasury function or similar finance advisory role- Advanced analytical skills and risk management experience- Experience with Treasury Systems and keen interest in automation and digitization- Very good understanding of international financial markets and macro/microeconomic developments- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills with ability to interact cross-functionally and with colleagues at all levels of the organization- Demonstrated ability to manage complexities and provide tailored solutions Personal Traits Drive, Integrity and Perspective.
