At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.
This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. What you'll get to do...
- Build, execute, analyze and optimize campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) with proficiency in SQL; manage end-to-end development from concept to launch
- Own automation and customer journey management, optimizing segmentation, triggers, and flows to increase customer engagement and conversions
- Streamline all email communications across the customer end-to-end (E2E) journey—from acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell to existing merchant notifications—to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with the brand voice
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, PMM/GTM, design, customer experience, analytics, and engineering teams to drive results, with a special focus on personalization by industry, audience cohort, etc; launch experiments with PMMs/GTM to test the best messaging and promotions for the right audience segments to drive incremental results
- Analyze campaign performance by running structured experiments (A/B and multivariate tests), and own reporting and learnings to inform growth strategies; develop a comprehensive experiment roadmap and identify opportunities to further grow lifecycle marketing as a channel
Your experience should include...
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including skills in campaign creation, journey building, data extension management, and email setup within SFMC
- Expert SQL skills for advanced targeting and segmentation using various audience tables
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to report and analyze campaign performance to drive lead gen / revenue
- Experience launching and managing lifecycle marketing campaigns to SMBs in the US market
