Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and highly organized Coordinator - Digital Solutions to join our Digital Solutions Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of digitization projects, ensuring high-quality delivery through effective team leadership and rigorous technical validation.
You will join a fast-paced team dedicated to bridging the gap between physical records and digital efficiency, working across both customer sites and Iron Mountain facilities.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of scanning and digitization projects, managing Proof of Concept (POC), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and final Work Completion Certifications (WCC) to ensure on-time delivery.
Responsibility 2: Supervise and coordinate diverse teams of 50 or more personnel, including both in-house and vendor-managed staff, to achieve daily and monthly productivity targets.
Responsibility 3: Maintain operational excellence and compliance across multiple client sites, proactively managing escalations and ensuring all workflows adhere to project scopes and organizational standards.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
3 to 5 years of experience in managing multiple operational sites within the digitization trade, specifically handling large-scale scanning and metadata projects.
Strong technical knowledge of production imaging equipment (including Automatic Document Feeders, Overhead, Flatbed, and BookEye scanners) and Document Management Systems (DMS).
Proven ability in Management Information Systems (MIS) reporting using Google Sheets to track productivity and assist in reaching revenue targets.
