Job DescriptionPosition Summary
The Role is developed to serve the client with various Products & Skill set training delivery. This role, working closely with Zonal business team, is accountable for ensuring that Quality delivery and self KPIs are managed and improved. Identify critical opportunities for improvement within the various parts of the organization, and enable addressing the same. Be the custodian of the customer, within the organization, in terms of facilitating action on VoC to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Should be aligned with the Zone and have strong relationship with the stake holders at the zone
- Create Pre Journey plan in consent with the Stake holders
- Work on the Identified stores and increase the productivity as compared to previous month
- Should execute 24 Training Man Days every month
- Create Daily Reporting in the Training Portal
- Focus on working with Individual to enhance performance.
- Post Training reports to be shared within 24 hours of the batch completion
- Market Challenges to be shared regularly
- To keep oneself updated with the latest Products, Processes
- To have effective & Quality Training Delivery for every single training program
- Trainer Audit Score to be >=4.0 out of 5
- Mapping Productivity of the Trained Sales Role holder and measuring the Impact
