As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes strategizing and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. Collaboration with various teams to align migration efforts with business goals and to support the adoption of innovative cloud technologies is a key aspect of daily activities. The position demands a proactive approach to managing complex migration projects that drive transformative business results.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development of migration strategies that align with organizational objectives and technical requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall cloud migration capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- Experience designing and implementing cloud migration frameworks and strategies.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure components, including networking, storage, and security within Microsoft Azure.
- Ability to assess existing on-premises environments and develop scalable cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline migration processes.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges during migration projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
