About the Team:

The Client Services team, part of the Yahoo Sales organization, serves as a strategic partner and single point of contact for sales and clients across all business mediums, working closely with managed, self-serve (MCC), and platform teams to help secure and grow revenue. Spanning NAR, APAC, and EMEA, the team manages every stage of the campaign lifecycle while building strong advertising relationships and consistently delivering on client KPIs. As experts on our Demand Side Platform, they focus on driving results, exceeding client expectations, and adapting in a fast-paced environment with a dedication to stretching their skills, innovating, and providing dependable outcomes that bring client goals to life.

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and driven professional to join Yahoo, partnering closely with Sales and Client Services teams to manage and grow key accounts while providing strategic recommendations, data-driven insights, and exceptional client service across programmatic campaigns. In this role, you will identify performance, revenue, and feature opportunities, offer optimization guidance backed by deep expertise in the Yahoo DSP, and deliver client trainings that elevate platform adoption. You will also build and strengthen internal partnerships, facilitating seamless collaboration across teams through strong communication, organization, and analytical skills. As a proactive and team-oriented individual, you will help foster a supportive, high-performing environment while driving revenue growth through account optimization, reporting, upselling, cross-selling, and end-to-end campaign management. This position requires flexibility beyond standard business hours and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic organization shaping the future of digital advertising.

Responsibilities Include:

Serve as the primary client contact, overseeing all campaign inquiries from start to finish. This involves taking ownership of tasks and collaborating with various support teams. Core responsibilities include:

  • Manage a portfolio of DSP campaigns end-to-end, ensuring strong performance while protecting and growing revenue.

  • Analyze client goals and data (ROI/CPA targets, buying cycles, audience insights, etc.) to inform optimization strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, AOS, CSL, Ad Creative Tech, Legal, Billing, Order Quality, and Finance to deliver seamless client service.

  • Build and maintain strong client partnerships focused on retention, growth, renewals, and overall satisfaction.

  • Leverage expertise in Yahoo’s DSP to align solutions with client objectives and identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Support Account Directors in new business efforts and expanding existing accounts.

  • Provide proactive strategic recommendations and implement performance solutions for each client.

  • Monitor campaign delivery and pacing, troubleshoot issues, escalate when necessary, and drive optimization opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver Strategic Insights reports, campaign wrap-ups, and quarterly business reviews.

  • Manage accurate, tailored campaign reporting. Investigate and resolve data or attribution discrepancies.

  • Use analytics tools to evaluate performance, identify improvements, and address potential issues.

  • Provide feedback to internal product teams on client needs, feature requests, platform enhancements and participate in feature testing.

  • Maintain deep product expertise across the Yahoo DSP and related tools.

  • Meet or exceed quarterly KPI targets and contribute to special projects as assigned.


Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in performance account management, sales, or marketing, including at least 12–18 months in account management or a similar role.

  • Hands-on experience with demand-side platforms such as DV360, MediaMath, Taboola, Outbrain, etc.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, goal-oriented team environment.

  • Strong background in client-facing roles, ideally with outside sales or direct client interaction.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong computer proficiency, including advanced Excel skills, familiarity with Word, and experience using CRM systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to optimize marketing campaigns by analyzing performance data and adjusting key drivers for improved results.

  • Hands-on experience in campaign management and optimization

  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
