- Utilize the client portal to document patient information regarding medical insurance, records, and billing.
- Categorize and input information as per client guidelines.
- Calculate bills and pricing; document them within deadlines.
- Maintain records in spreadsheets as required.
- Send required documents to patients/requesters in PDF format.
- Communicate clearly with patients, both verbally and in writing, to ensure full understanding.
- Achieve daily assigned targets with accuracy and full attendance.
- Escalate issues to the manager or client when necessary.
- Demonstrate proactive communication and problem-solving
