Controlling
- Conduct monthly review of project financials & commercials areas in tandem with Project Team and present the outcome to the Management.
- Manages Risk & Opportunities of projects and raise an early alarm to the stakeholders.
- Identify & Initiate cost savings initiatives for Projects.
- Strengthen Internal Control Process spherical to Project Controlling area.
- Support for Annual Budgeting & Forecast Activities.
- Other work as assigned.
Commercials
- Ensure Order booking criteria as per company policy.
- Timely issuance of Guarantees.
- Ensure timely issuance of Commercial & GST compliant Tax Invoices to Customers.
- Monitor & follow-up milestone-based payments from Customers.
- Bring the visibility of outstanding ARs to stakeholders.
- Drive Cash Collection both for Third parties & Intercompany ARs to ensure on time
- collections involving different stakeholders.
- Visit to Customer to resolve disputes and expedite collection.
- Regular reconciliation of Customers A/Cs and balance confirmation with Customers.
- Managing LCs, Bank Guarantees (Co-ordinating with various stakeholders.
- Support for Bank Realization Certificate for Exports Contracts to avail export incentives.
- Other work as assigned.
Accounting
- Revenue assurance- Application of percentage completion-based method on revenue
- recognition.
- Strong participation in Month end closing activities & reporting.
- Managing Internal & Statutory Auditors.
- Ensure proper accounting of ARs, Bad-Debts, LDs etc. in line with accounting principles.
- Drive various initiatives for system improvement pertaining to ARs.
- Other work as assigned.
