Job Summary
In this role, you will support the Channel Marketing teams by coordinating promo execution, ensuring optimal utilization of promo inventory and monitoring on-air presentation.
About the Team
Entertainment Revenue Operations ensures smooth post-sales execution and efficient scheduling of shows and commercial inventory. The focus is on optimizing revenue, maximizing inventory utilization, and maintaining well-structured data. Timely and accurate reporting enables informed decision-making, ensures effective delivery of every advertiser campaign, and protects a seamless, high-quality viewer experience
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Channel Marketing teams for promo grids.
- Liaise with OAP for Promo Id’s and Traffic teams for promo scheduling.
- Ensure optimal utilization of available FCT for promos.
- Ensure accurate log timing and correct show start times.
- Conduct post-air evaluations and highlight discrepancies.

- Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills to work closely with marketing, traffic, and operations teams.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables within tight timelines.

Preferred Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in- Mass communication, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in broadcast/media operations, scheduling, or coordination roles preferred.
- Basic understanding of television/broadcast workflows or promo scheduling is an added advantage.
