ABOUT THIS JOB
Nielsen’s Corporate Platforms organization is looking for a Global SAP S4 BRIM senior consultant to work on SAP S4 BRIM environments and peripheral systems that are involved to create the current and future platform. In this role you will be a key contributor to translating requirements provided by stakeholders and providing tasks and guidance to the developers and support teams. This role will support business enhancements and strategic initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the support of SAP S4 BRIM with specific responsibilities of (Convergent Charging) CC from a techno functional perspective.
- Experience in working on CC module including Master Data, Cross Catalog mapping, Charge Plans and integrations with Convergent Mediation, Convergent Invoicing and Subscription Order Management for handling cross catalog Pricing, Billing and invoicing activities from a consulting perspective.
- Proficient in integrating SAP BRIM CC with external applications, using both direct connectivity and middleware solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the SAP BRIM system. Develop user manuals and training materials.
- Manage projects related to SAP BRIM rollouts, upgrades, or enhancements. Experience in planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines and deliverables.
- Customize SAP S4 BRIM solutions to meet specific business requirements. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
- Work with multiple teams across the globe and handle resources from multiple vendors while ensuring smooth and on time delivery of the project deliverables.
- Exposure to Data Migration and to automated testing tools is a must.
- Exposure to ServiceNow and Jira is desirable.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions to problems encountered by users in SAP BRIM
- Work closely with various stakeholders, including the billing team, finance, and IT departments, to ensure SAP BRIM aligns with overall business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the SAP BRIM system to enhance performance and user experience.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU
- With your critical and strategic thinking abilities, you create opportunities to empower and enrich an essential part of our business. This role spans supporting SAP BRIM CC module for around 50 countries and refining unlimited complex needs for our customers, who span multiple countries, languages and custom requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6 to 8 years of experience on SAP S4 BRIM CC module including Master Data, Cross Catalog mapping, Charge Plans and integrations with Convergent Mediation, Convergent Invoicing and Subscription Order Management for handling cross catalog Pricing, Billing and invoicing activities from a consulting perspective.
- Experience with upstream systems / modules and downstream reporting or analytics systems is desirable.
- At Least 2 life cycles projects from Blueprinting to Go-live. Multiple years of production support facilitating year end activities.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills applied in a constantly changing fast paced environment.
- Experience working with both offshore teams as well as third party vendors preferred.
