Lead nationwide brand refresh and equipment roll-outs for retail outlets: plan, estimate, budget, manage vendors, ensure QAQC and HSE compliance, track progress, certify work, and coordinate cross-functionally.
Responsible for brand refresh across the country, ensuring timely and quality execution of brand elements and structural components as per Nayara Energy standards.
Responsibilities- Finalizing Brand Elements and Structural Components
• Work closely with brand consultants and participate in RVI exercises
• Develop brand element designs and cost estimates
• Review drawings and suggest changes for value engineering
• Estimate and propose alternates for cost optimisation.
- Planning, Estimating, and Budgeting
• Identify Retail Outlets (RO) for brand refresh
• Conduct site visits and physical verification
• Finalize branding scope and connected activities
• Review proposals as per standards
• Prepare estimates, budgets, and secure approvals (NFA, PR/PO)
• Select sites for roll-out plan.
- Monitoring & Tracking Brand Roll-Out
• Ensure all necessary approvals and vendor selection/negotiations
• Manage PO/agreements and conduct KOM
• Ensure site readiness and vendor/material movement
• Monitor progress and maintain overall control of roll-out activities
• Submit weekly MIS reports to Head – Retail Engineering/Branding
• Ensure QAQC compliance and visit sites as required
• Certify completed work and quantities, manage billing and record-keeping.
- QAQC and HSE Compliance
• Ensure strict adherence to QAQC plans and HSE standards
• Oversee execution, material procurement, and installations as per company guidelines
• Conduct quality and quantity audits.
- Vendor Development and Management
• Identify vendor shortfalls and onboard additional vendors through vendor development team
• Enrol and manage vendors to meet roll-out plans
• Review vendor performance and communicate regularly for timely execution.
- Cost Saving and Value Engineering
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and secure HO approvals
• Propose alternate solutions through value engineering and implement post-approval.
- Vendor Invoice Management
• Ensure timely measurement and billing within 7 days of work completion
• Process TSs within 15 days under infra scheme.
- Field Force Handling
• Coordinate with field staff for guidance and issue resolution.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
• Liaise with Ops, BD teams, field engineers, and franchisees for smooth execution.
- Training Support Staff
• Train staff on engineering activities, procedures, standards, and safety
- Self-Development
• Continuously upgrade skills and knowledge in related fields
- Qualification:
• BE (Mechanical / Civil)
- Experience:
• 10–15 years, with 10+ years relevant experience in brand roll-out and retail engineering
