Job Description
Become an integral part of our Card marketing team! Each day will be unique - bring a positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit and get ready to roll up your sleeves. This position is an essential part of the team and will have exposure to several aspects of running a banking office.
Job Summary:
As a Campaign testing analyst at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer & Community Banking- Card marketing validation , you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:-

  • Actively engage with campaign management, project management, and development teams to fully understand project and campaign objectives, as well as testing goals.
  • Strategically design and lead testing efforts, efficiently creating scripts for both manual and automated testing cycles.
  • Thoroughly review campaign requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project materials to ensure the quality of the test suites being developed.
  • Collaborate with business and technology leaders to accurately determine the acceptable range for test results and performance.
  • Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all developed test objects and utilized test environments.
  • Consistently create and maintain job aids and procedures associated with testing standards for the Card marketing validation team.
  • Provide support during the production deployment of campaigns and diligently perform validation testing during off-hours or weekend release windows.
  • Keenly identify process gaps and effectively streamline processes.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in E2E campaign testing across emails, Direct mail, microsites.
  • Experience in campaign processes and ability to understand various channels of communications to customers
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously .Excellent verbal and written communication skills to co-ordinate effectively with partners, project & testing teams and bridge the communication gaps.
  • Possess excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication, project and time management skills while being extremely detail oriented


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Experience in execution of automated test suites preferred with hands - on experience in both waterfall and Agile SDLC models preferred
  • Knowledge & experience on JIRA tool is preferred
