The Campaign Specialist - QA ensures campaigns meet requirements through quality assurance processes. Responsibilities include functional testing of emails and mobile push campaigns, reviewing designs and deployment processes, communicating with clients, and validating work products to ensure accuracy and quality control.
The purpose of this role is to ensure the developed campaign meets the campaign requirements and established processes. This role understands, customizes and optimizes the entire campaign QA management process, to include new campaign requirements and quality control.

Key responsibilities:
- The QA Specialist serves as a second set of eyes for the Deployment Consultant by reviewing all solution BUILDs, verifying correct content, images, and links, and rendering testing all based on CAMPAIGN Management Process. The QA Specialist’s responsibilities are as follows:
- Work with Client to understand key CAMPAIGN parameters and inputs, such as subscriber audience, program frequency, degree of personalization, and overall creative approach
- Develop appropriate, CAMPAIGN-specific testing approaches
- Perform functional testing of emails & Mobile push CAMPAIGNs (clicking links, confirming tracking data, etc.) to confirm accuracy based on Customer-provided information and the CAMPAIGN Management Process.
- Review key aspects of the email & Push design, BUILD, and DEPLOYMENT processes to ensure optimal quality, including – Email construction and coding using a combination of manual and automated review processes.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews in order to ensure accuracy and timeliness of DEPLOYMENTs
- Maintains clear and concise client communication on campaign related activities
- Validates work product using quality assurance best practices
- Participates and documents client requirement gathering through written and verbal methods
- Possesses basic understanding of campaigns management tools, concepts and capabilities
- Possesses basic understanding of database and data management concepts and principles
