Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided databases and leads.
- Explain company services clearly and professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects via calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer information.
- Handle basic customer queries and direct complex issues to senior staff.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth client onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills. – Should be fluent in English
- Comfortable speaking on calls for long durations.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Positive attitude and convincing ability.
- Prior tele calling, sales, or customer support experience is an advantage.
- Years of Experience : 0- 2 years
