Hybrid: This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. What you'll get to do...
- Partner with business leaders to align financial strategies with organisational goals.
- Lead financial modelling and forecasting to guide long-term planning and performance.
- Analyse complex financial data and present insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Provide strategic recommendations on risks, opportunities, and resource allocation.
- Drive process improvements and system implementations, fostering collaboration across teams.
Your experience should include...
- 6+ years of finance experience in a global organisation, with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
- Advanced technical skills in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with Adaptive Planning, Workday, and QuickSight is a plus.
- Strong communication ability to present financial insights effectively at all organisational levels.
- Proven collaboration experience across regions, teams, and external partners to drive performance and solve problems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling techniques.
You might also have...
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience
- Professional certification such as CFA, CA or MBA in Finance
