Business UAT Analyst

Job Description
We offer an exciting opportunity for you to advance your career as a Business UAT Analyst, contributing to impactful marketing campaigns.
As a Business UAT Analyst within the Card Marketing and Execution team, you will develop and maintain test scenarios, test plans, and test cases for UAT. You will support marketing campaigns and perform other testing-related duties as required. Your role involves developing UAT testing strategies, creating testing plans and scenarios, and conducting UAT testing for final business sign-off.
Job responsibilities:

• Interact with campaign management, project management, and development teams to understand project/campaign and testing objectives.
• Develop and lead the test strategy/effort and generate scripts for testing cycles, both manual and automated.
• Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, and other project documentation to ensure quality of test suites.
• Work with business and technology leads to determine acceptable test results and performance.
• Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects and environments.
• Create and maintain job aids and procedures associated with testing standards used by CME-UAT.
• Support production deployment of applications and perform validation testing during off-hours/weekend release windows.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manual testing, SIT/UAT, or Quality Assurance.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with partners, project, and testing teams.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night-of deployments and occasionally weekends.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Possess excellent problem-solving, interpersonal communication, project, and time management skills.
• Extremely detail-oriented in verbal and written documentation and communication.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Experience in execution of automated test suites.
• Hands-on experience in both waterfall and Agile SDLC models.
• Exposure to BDD Cucumber framework.
• Knowledge and experience with JIRA tool.
