What you'll do :
- Collaborate with ZS internal teams and client teams to shape and implement high quality technology solutions that address critical business problems
- Develop a deep understanding of the business problems and effectively translate them into technical designs
- Lead modules and workstreams within projects while participating in hands on implementation
- Work with technical architects to validate the technical design and implementation approach
- Apply appropriate development methodologies and best practices to ensure exceptional client and project team experience
- Support the project lead in project delivery, including project planning, people management, staffing, and risk mitigation
- Manage a diverse team with various skill sets while providing mentorship and coaching to junior members
- Lead task planning and distribution among team members for timely completion of projects with high-quality results
- Guide the project deliverables such as business case development, solution vision and design, user requirements, prototypes, technical architecture, test cases, deployment plans and operations strategy
What you'll bring:
- You need to have 3-6 years of total experience
- Knowledge in developing and configuring code in Informatica MDM/ Informatica PIM/ STIBO MDM/ Reltio
- 1 or more years of MDM or related Data experience
- 1 or more years of experience in Data Analysis or Data Quality Analysis
- Unit Test developed MDM code
- Create customizations with Java, JavaScript, or other applicable avenues
- Proven abilities in writing SQL queries to retrieve data for data analysis
- The candidates may be asked to cross-train and work on more than one tool
- Ability to translate functional / nonfunctional requirements to systems requirements
- Awareness of latest technologies and trends
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills .
Additional Skills:
- Deep understanding of data management best practices and data analytics;• Up to speed with latest technologies related (but not limited to) to cloud platform services, visualization, data management;• Excellent verbal and written communication, with appropriate and logical structuring of thoughts process during discussion/ presentation;• Lead project teams in driving end to end activities to meet set milestones and provide necessary mentorship/ guidance for the team growth;• Ability to distill complex concepts into easy-to-understand frameworks and presentations;• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams;• Ability to work within a virtual global team environment and contribute to the overall timely delivery of multiple projects;• Willingness to travel to other global offices as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.

Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
