This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet complex business and compliance requirements across global regions

This role plays a vital part in delivering tailored absence and time strategies while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive consistent, high-quality solutions
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Having experience as the Business Analyst for Oracle Absence Management and Time & Labor, supporting global workforce requirements
- Designing, configure, test, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management, Time & Labor and Workforce scheduling modules
- Translating complex leave, accrual, pay, and pay policies into effective system configurations and business rules
- Collaborating with technical teams and QA to ensure accurate testing, validation, and successful deployments
- Supporting end-to-end SDLC activities, including design, build, testing, go-live, and support
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in IT Business Analyst supporting Oracle Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Workforce
- Have Experience in translating complex business policies into scalable, compliant system
- Have IT Business Analysis skills, including stakeholder collaboration, functional documentation, and solution design
- Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder engagement and advanced negotiation abilities.
- Have problem-solving, task management, and prioritization skills
