Your typical day involves identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and proposing innovative solutions to optimize effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with business users to define detailed product requirements and use cases, ensuring that processes are continuously monitored and refined over time to meet evolving needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop process documentation and training materials to support implementation and adoption. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation, Oracle HCM Cloud BI Reporting and Analytics. - Experience with process mapping and workflow design tools. - Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management methodologies.
